Direction to use

Preparation:

  • Ensure the healing period for osseointegration (3-6 months post-fixture insertion).
  • Remove the cover screw and connect the healing abutment after osseointegration.
  • Wait for the healing period of soft tissue.

Impression Phase:

  • After soft tissue healing, take an impression using suitable materials.
  • Decide on abutment type and size based on X-ray and adjacent tooth relationship.

Sterilization:

  • Sterilize the abutment before installation using an autoclave (121°C for at least 30 minutes).

Installation:

  • Set the abutment in the mouth.
  • Take the final impression after placing the abutment.
  • If the selected abutment is cemented, wax up for restoration.

Restoration Phase:

  • After the restoration, place the fixture or abutment in the mouth.
  • Check occlusion with upper and lower surfaces.

Torque Recommendations:

  • The recommended torque is 30-35N/cm² when connecting the abutment with the fixture.
  • Recommended torque is 8-10N/cm² when connecting the healing abutment and cover screw.
