Description
Description
Voco Meron Set & Liquid is a glass ionomer cement meticulously designed for precision luting in dental procedures. This high-quality product offers exceptional performance features and is ideal for a wide range of applications, including attaching crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, pins, posts, and orthodontic bands.
Meron's formulation stands out with its low solubility in the oral environment and minimal acidity, making it a reliable choice for dental practitioners. It is suitable for use in patients of all ages and genders, with no restrictions.
To ensure optimal results, Meron is intended for use by professionally trained dental practitioners. The application process is straightforward but requires attention to detail. The product offers a working time of approximately 3 minutes at room temperature and sets within 3 to 5 minutes inside the patient's mouth. The correct consistency is achieved when Meron can be applied to the core and into the crown with a hard brush. It is crucial to prevent contact with water and saliva during application and setting.
Meron comes with clear warnings and precautionary measures to maintain its efficacy. Proper instrument cleaning and the removal of varnish and isolating agents are essential for optimal adhesion. Excess material can be easily removed before complete curing. It is recommended to store Meron between 4°C and 23°C, in well-sealed containers.
