Power On:

• Turn on the Zirconia Sintering Furnace using the designated power switch.

LCD Display Navigation:

• Familiarize yourself with the LCD display and controls.
• Input specific sintering parameters based on the type of zirconia material and restoration type.

Load Zirconia Restorations:

• Place the zirconia restorations on the sintering platform, ensuring proper arrangement.

Select Sintering Program:

• Choose the appropriate sintering program based on the type of zirconia material and the desired outcomes.

Monitor Real-Time Parameters:

• Keep an eye on the LCD display for real-time monitoring of furnace voltage, current, and temperature during the sintering process.

Customization (If Required):

• If needed, customize the sintering program stages to meet specific requirements.

Initiate Sintering Process:

• Start the sintering process, allowing the furnace to follow the selected program for efficient sintering.

Monitor Efficiency:

• Observe the fast sintering cycles and efficiency of the furnace in reaching temperatures up to 1550℃.

Complete Sintering Cycle:

• Wait for the sintering cycle to complete, ensuring that the zirconia restorations have undergone optimal processing.

Unload Finished Restorations:

• Once the sintering process is complete, carefully unload the finished zirconia restorations from the platform.

Shutdown:

• Power off the Zirconia Sintering Furnace following the recommended shutdown procedure.
