• Sintering Procedure: After milling, delicately remove any support structures from the milled restoration. Place the restoration into the sintering furnace, adhering to the recommended sintering parameters provided by Upcera.
• Post-Sintering Inspection: Inspect the sintered restoration for any imperfections, ensuring it meets the desired standards for aesthetics and structural integrity.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the sintered restoration, removing any residual material or debris.
• Glazing Application: Apply the appropriate glazing materials according to Upcera's guidelines for the Explore Functional series. Ensure an even and consistent application for optimal aesthetic results.
• Final Inspection: Perform a final inspection of the glazed restoration, checking for color accuracy, translucency, and overall quality.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of the milling parameters, sintering/glazing processes, and any deviations for future reference.
• Quality Assurance: Prioritize quality assurance by adhering to Upcera's recommended procedures, ensuring the final restoration meets industry standards.
