Direction to use

Sheet Preparation: Insert selected sheet into the clamping frame.
Model Placement: Place dental model on the vacuum plate.
Heating Process: Heat material for 2-4 minutes until optimal sag is achieved.
Clamping Frame Operation: Lower frame over the model, activate the vacuum.
Vacuum Run Time: Run vacuum for 10-20 seconds for thin plastics, 20-40 seconds for thicker materials.
Cooling Phase: Turn off the main switch and allow material to cool until comfortable to handle.
Trimming Procedure: Trim the appliance for the final professional finish.
