U Ortho Vacuum Forming Splint Sheets - Hard are professional-grade sheets designed for precision in dental applications. Available in three thicknesses—1mm, 1.5mm, and 2mm—these sheets cater to various dental needs. The 1mm sheets are ideal for crafting orthodontic retainers and bracket transfers. The 1.5mm thickness is suitable for orthodontic retainers, bruxism, and bite-blocks. For implant surgical guides, the 2mm sheets offer optimal strength. All sheets are made of PET-G, ensuring durability and clarity.
The sheets are available in two shapes—round (125mm) and square (127 x 127mm), offering versatility in applications. The translucent color adds a professional touch to the final dental appliances. The thermoforming process involves heating the sheets in a vacuum forming machine, achieving precise plasticization. They are then molded onto plaster models of dental arches through vacuum, producing trays with accuracy.
