Itena Total C-Ram is an advanced dual-cure, self-adhesive permanent resin cement designed to simplify restorative procedures while delivering exceptional bonding performance. Developed as an all-in-one solution, it combines etching, priming, bonding, and cementation into a single clinical step—eliminating the need for separate pretreatment processes and significantly reducing chairside time.
With outstanding bonding strength to enamel, dentin, and restorative materials, Total C-Ram ensures durable and reliable long-term restorations. Its dual-curing capability (light-cure and self-cure) guarantees complete polymerization even in areas with limited light penetration, such as deep cavities or thick restorations.
The cement features an optimized gel phase that allows easy removal of excess material—simply light cure for 2 seconds to reach the ideal gel state for clean and efficient cleanup. Its extremely thin film thickness of approximately 10 μm ensures precise seating of restorations without affecting occlusion.
Total C-Ram is radiopaque (250% of aluminum), enabling clear radiographic identification. It is non-soluble in oral fluids, ensuring long-term stability and resistance in the oral environment. The material is gentle on vital teeth, causing no post-operative sensitivity. Available in three shades—Opaque Dentine, Translucent, and White—it provides excellent esthetics and long-term shade stability. For optimal performance and extended shelf life, refrigeration is recommended.
