Septodont Septanest 4% Articaine with 1:100,000 Epinephrine is a pharmaceutical product used for local or locoregional anesthesia in dental surgery. It is a solution for injection containing Articaine hydrochloride (68.000 mg) and Epinephrine tartrate (0.030 mg), which corresponds to 0.017 mg of adrenaline base.

The solution is provided in 1.7 ml cartridges.In addition to the active ingredients, the solution contains excipients including sodium chloride, sodium disulphate, sodium edetate, sodium hydroxide solution, and water for injectable preparations.
