RubySE Bond is a light-cured single-component dentine bonding agent that combines etching, priming and bonding in one bottle. A novel universal dental adhesive containing a unique combination of functional monomers such as 10-MDP and 4-META. It has excellent bonding capabilities to dentin and cut / under-cut enamel.
As a universal adhesive, RubySE Bond Universal has been designed to be fully compatible with light-cured and dual-cured composite materials. RubySE Bond Universal can be used for the bonding of both direct and indirect restorations and may be used with or without phosphoric acid etchant.
Indications :
Direct bonding of light-cured composites, compomers and ormocers to tooth structure.
Bonding of dual-cured core build up made of light-curing composites to tooth structure.
Intraoral repair of composite, metal-based and zirconia/alumina-based restorations.
Root Surface Desensitization.

• Techincal Data :
• Curing Time : 20-30 sec.
• Shear Bond Strength : 20-30 MPa

• 1 x 5ml bottle.

Self Etching Technique : 
Prepare cavity. Wash thoroughly with water spray.
Use an absorbent pellet or high volume evacuation (HVE) for 1-2 seconds, to remove excess water (do not desiccate).

• Selective Etching Technique : Combined with phosphoric acid etchant
  Prepare cavity. Wash thoroughly with water spray.
  Etch enamel using an etchant for 15 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
  Remove excess water by blotting the surface with an absorbent pellet.
  Dispense 1-2 drops of RubySE Bond into a clean well. Replace the cap onto the bottle promptly to avoid evaporation of solvent.
  Apply two separate coats of RubySE Bond, scrubbing the preparation with a microbrush for 10-15 seconds per coat. Do not light cure between coats.
  Evaporate excess solvent by thoroughly air-drying with an air syringe for at least 10 seconds, there should be no visible movement of the adhesive. The surface should have a uniform glossy appearance.
  Light cure for 20 seconds.Continue with placement of the restorative material according to the manufacturer's instructions.
