- Surface Preparation: Begin by sandblasting the porcelain surface to enhance adhesion. Ensure the surface is clean, free from contaminants, and completely dry before proceeding.
Application of Porcelain Conditioner:
- Apply a thin, uniform coat of Reliance Porcelain Conditioner onto the prepared porcelain surface.
- Isolate the treated area to prevent contamination and wait for 2 full minutes for the conditioner to fully react with the surface.
- Thoroughly dry the treated surface using compressed air. If a warm air tooth dryer is available, the drying time can be reduced to 1 minute.
Application of Assure Plus Adhesive:
- Apply one coat of Assure Plus adhesive onto the conditioned porcelain surface.
- Lightly dry the adhesive with compressed air to remove excess moisture.
- Light cure the adhesive for 10 seconds using a curing light to ensure proper polymerization.
Bracket Placement:
- Once the adhesive has been light cured, proceed with placing the bracket onto the treated porcelain surface.
- Ensure the bracket is aligned correctly and firmly press it into place.
