Ultra Bloc VLC is a viscous, light cured, methacrylate-based blue tinted block out resin for creating reservoir space for bleaching trays and is useful for laboratory procedures such as model and die repair. Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

- Produce model and trim
- Apply 0.3 mm thick layers
- Light cure for 20-40 sec.
For Custom Tray Reservoir :
- Apply 0.5 mm thickness of material onto desired labial surfaces.
- Stay about 1.5 mm from gingival margin.
- Do not extend onto incisal edges and occlusal surfaces.
- Light cure for 20-40 sec.
- Vacuum form the tray.
- Trim the excess material from edges.
- Check the tray for fit on the model.
