Fusion Core DC Flo is a dual cure, radiopaque, two component, core build-up material in a convenient automix delivery syringe. This material flows conveniently, yet stacks without slumping, thus offering easy placement. The dual cure formulation allows complete curing.
It contains 75% w/w inorganic fillers in a methacrylate matrix.
Indications:

Composition:
Base Paste: Bisphenol A Glycidyle Methacrylate, Ethoxylated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Silanated Barium Glass Powder, Amorphous Fumed Silica, Curing Agents and Stabilizers.
Catalyst Paste: Bisphenol A Glycidyle Methacrylate, Ethoxyated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate, Ethoxlated, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Silanated Barium Glass Powder, Amorphous Fumed Silica, Curing Agents and Stabilizers
Cautions: Use of zinc oxide, eugenol containing materials must be avoided.
Storage Conditions: Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.
Shelf Life: 2 years from the date of manufacturing.

Direction to use
Direction to use
- Sufficiently dry the working area.
- Prepare the cavity suitably for the restorative treatment and should be minimally invasive in order to protect healthy dental hard tissue.
- Clean and dry the cavity.
- Protect the pulp suitably with a light cure cavity liner preferably with Cal LC or Fusion I-Seal.
- Apply Fusion Bond DC to the prepared cavity.
- Remove the cartridge cap and attach a mixing tip.
- Attach intra oral tip if required.
- Place matrix around the prepared tooth and apply Fusion Core DC Flo directly from the cartridge.
- Allow 3-4 minutes for the material to set properly.
- Light cure for 40 sec.
- Restoration can be finished immediately after light curing.
