Question: How does this GP Solvent works
Answer: Prevest Carvene, a gutta-percha (GP) solvent, works by softening the gutta-percha material used in root canal fillings. The solvent acts to break down and soften the GP, making it more pliable and easier to remove from the root canal. Once softened, the GP mass can be more effectively removed by placing files inside the canals and applying firm pressure against the canal walls, aiding in the process of cleaning and shaping the root canal during endodontic procedures. This facilitates the removal of the gutta-percha material for subsequent steps in the root canal treatment.
