  • The mixture will attain a moldable, dough-like consistency within 20-30 seconds from the start of mixing.

Packing the Resin:

  • Remove the dough in one piece from the mixing jar without producing air bubbles.
  • Pack the dough into the model invested in the flask.
  • The resin can be manipulated and placed into the desired area within 8 minutes from the start of mixing.

Bench Curing:

  • After packing the resin into the mold space, leave it to bench cure for 30 minutes under a pressure of 30-85 pounds per square inch.

Polymerization (Heat Activation):

  • Option A: Process the resin in a 74°C water bath for 8 hours, then increase the temperature to 100°C for 1 hour.
  • Option B: Process the resin in a 74°C water bath for 2 hours, then increase the temperature to 100°C for 1 hour.

Post-Processing:

  • After deflasking, place the processed denture into a plaster dissolvent to clean it.

Finishing and Polishing:

  • Once cured, the acrylic can be trimmed, shaped, and polished as needed to achieve the desired fit and appearance.
