Prepare the tooth surface:
- Clean and isolate the tooth.
- Remove any infected or inflamed pulp tissue.
Mix the E-MTA:
- Measure the required amount of E-MTA powder.

- Mix the powder with sterile water or saline to form a thick, putty-like consistency.
Apply the E-MTA:
- Use a small applicator to apply the mixed E-MTA to the desired area.

- For root canal filling or repair, pack the E-MTA into the prepared space.
Cure the E-MTA:

Complete the restoration:
