• Use a soft, moisture-absorbent paper towel to gently dry the upper front teeth. Keep your lips pulled outward to ensure the tooth surface remains dry.

Apply VivaStyle Paint On Plus:

• Use the provided brush to apply a thin layer of VivaStyle Paint On Plus to the front teeth. Be sure to apply the product to all sides of the teeth and along the gum line. Avoid letting the whitening agent touch your gums. Keep your lips pulled outward for about 30 seconds to allow the whitening agent to dry. The dried whitening agent will have an off-white appearance.

Repeat for Lower Teeth:

• Dry the lower teeth and repeat steps 1-5 until the whitening agent is dry on your lower teeth as well.

Wait for 10 Minutes:

• Close your mouth and leave the whitening agent on your teeth for 10 minutes. During this time, refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking.

Brush and Rinse:

• After the 10 minutes are up, use a toothbrush without toothpaste to gently brush off the whitening agent from the surface of your teeth. Rinse your mouth thoroughly, and be sure to spit out everything—do not swallow.
