• Rinse: Pour the recommended amount of Guard Oral Rinse Chlorhexidine Mouthwash into your mouth. Rinse vigorously around your teeth and gums for one minute, ensuring thorough coverage.
• Gargle: Gargle to reach the throat area for complete oral hygiene.
• Spit Out: After rinsing, spit the mouthwash out. Do not swallow.
• Post-Use Care: Refrain from eating, drinking, or rinsing your mouth for at least 20 minutes after use to allow the mouthwash to work effectively. Avoid using toothpaste immediately after rinsing.
