Composition:

• Equivalent to Chlorhexidine Gluconate: 0.20% w/v
• Sodium Fluoride I.P.: 0.05% w/v
• Zinc Chloride I.P.:  0.09% w/v

• In a Pleasantly Flavoured aqueous base.

• 1 x Guard-OR Antiseptic & Antiplaque Mouthwash (100ml)

• Rinse your mouth: Before using, rinse your mouth with water to remove any food particles.
• Measure the mouthwash: Pour 10-15 ml of Guard-OR mouthwash (or as advised) into a cup without diluting it with water.
• Rinse thoroughly: Swish the mouthwash for 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring it reaches all areas, including between teeth and along the gum line.
• Spit out: After rinsing, spit the mouthwash out. Do not swallow.
• Avoid eating or drinking: Refrain from eating, drinking, or rinsing with water for at least 30 minutes after use to allow the ingredients to work effectively.
