Dental Impression Tray (Dentulous) is perfect for providing more accurate impressions with less distortion and therefore less errors in restorations and prosthesis. Made of stainless steel they do not flex, remaining rigid and provide a good sulcus depth. All this significantly reduces the chance of impression distortion on removal and is easy to clean as no adhesive is required – in fact they are fully autoclavable and totally re-usable.

Direction to use

  • Confirm that the tray is cleaned before use.
  • Soak the tray in hot water (within the range of 70-80°C) for 10 to 20 seconds.
  • Put the tray into the mouth of the patient and confirm whether he/she is comfortable with it or not.
  • If the patient is not comfortable, adjust and select another tray accordingly till the patient feel the tray is comfortable in his/her mouth.
  • Inject impression materials or silicon rubber into the final adjustable tray, put the tray into the mouth of the patient, and then get the impression.
