The Schluger File is a double-ended instrument used for interproximal bone reduction. It is very easy to use, very safe, and is used in addition to standard crown lengthening bur. Sometimes crown lengthening bur does not fit in between the tooth, especially upper molars. In that case, Schluger Files can be used.

Indication:

Used for final smoothing of bone before suturing of the mucoperiosteal flap.
