Direction to use

Insert right or left tongue guard in mouth piece. Choose appropriate slot for superior/inferior relationship best suited to each patient.
Right and left noted on side of tongue guard. “R” or “L” notation should be to posterior in correct position in patients mouth.
Using index finger, press in on tongue guard to retract tongue as needed.
