The Candifung Mouth Paint is a topical antifungal medication. It is used for treatment of fungal infections of the oral cavity. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane. Its active ingredient Clotrimazole causes inhibition of ergosterol biosynthesis, an essential constituent of fungal cell membranes. If ergosterol synthesis is either completely or partially inhibited, the cell is no longer able to construct an intact and functional cell membrane.

Candifung Mouth Paint should be applied on the site of lesion inside the mouth. Follow the doctor’s instruction or use it in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor. Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. You must have to avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after using it.
