Direction to use

Prepare the Arm Band: Make sure the cloth cover arm band is securely attached to the monitor. Adjust the band to comfortably fit your arm size, ensuring it's snug but not too tight. The arm band should be positioned around the upper part of your arm, in line with your heart.
Sit Comfortably: Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit down. Rest your arm on a table or armrest, ensuring it's supported and at heart level. Sit with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
Power On: Press the power button to turn on the monitor. The LCD screen should light up, displaying any necessary indicators.
Initiate Measurement: With your arm in the appropriate position, press the "Measure" button. The monitor will start the measurement process automatically.
Stay Still: During the measurement, remain still and avoid talking, moving, or crossing your legs. Relax your arm and hand while the monitor is working.
Measurement in Progress: The monitor will inflate the arm band and then slowly release the pressure while capturing your blood pressure and pulse readings. You may feel a slight squeezing sensation, which is normal.
View Results: Once the measurement is complete, the results will be displayed on the LCD screen. You should see your systolic and diastolic blood pressure values as well as your pulse rate. These readings will help you assess your current health status.
Record or Save Results: If desired, you can record or save the measurements along with the date and time. The monitor usually has a memory function that allows you to store multiple readings for tracking purposes.
Power Off: After viewing the results, you can power off the monitor by pressing the power button again. This helps conserve battery life.
