• Remove your dentures and wash your mouth.
• Clean your dentures thoroughly to remove leftover food.
• Wipe the undersurface of the dentures with tissue to remove excess water, but leave it moistened/wet.
• Sprinkle denture adhesive powder uniformly along the gum-facing side of the denture.
• Wear and press the denture as directed.
• Bite down for a few seconds for a perfect fit. 

How to Remove the Denture

• Rinse your mouth with water.
• Gently remove dentures with a destabilizing, rocking motion.
• Using a soft, damp cloth or a soft-bristled brush, remove residual adhesive from the gums and dentures.
• Finish by rinsing the dentures with room temperature water to remove any debris.
