Direction to use

  • Connection: Align and securely connect the handpiece to your dental chair's tubing coupling (2-hole or 4-hole). Tighten the metal nut firmly.
  • Bur Insertion: Press the push-button on the back cap of the handpiece head firmly. Insert the compatible FG bur into the chuck, then release the button. Pull the bur gently to ensure it is locked in place.
  • Operation: Depress the foot control pedal on your dental unit to start the airotor. Ensure that the water spray and air pressure are regulated within the recommended 0.22 - 0.25 MPa.
  • Bur Removal: Wait for the handpiece to come to a complete stop. Press the push-button cap and pull the bur out from the head.
  • Maintenance & Lubrication: After every clinical use, clean the handpiece exterior. Apply 2-3 drops of high-quality handpiece lubricant oil into the air drive line. Run the handpiece for 10 seconds to distribute the oil and purge excess residue.
  • Sterilization: Place the lubricated handpiece into a sterilization pouch. Autoclave at 134°C for standard cycle. Do not chemical disinfect or dry heat sterilize.
