• Prepare the pad: Place the pad on a clean, stable surface and peel off the protective plastic coating.
• Add material: Put the dental material onto the pad.
• Mix: Use a dental instrument, like a spatula, to mix and knead the material until it's consistent and completely mixed.
• Discard: Detach the mixed material from the pad and throw away the used sheet in a proper disposal container.
• Repeat: If you need to mix more material, peel off a new sheet from the pad.
