• Make the research plaster model according to the topo-bone condition, the direction of the long axis of adjacent teeth, the occlusal state and so on, indicate the position of the implantation on the section of the model, and measure the angle & direction of the implant model visually.
• Use a 2.3mm drill to enter the specified position , then insert with a guide rod to determine the ideal hole track .
• Use tweezers to place the system in a glassware with hot water at about 70°C untill the color of the thermoplastic surgical guide becomes completely transparent.
• Take out the surgical guide , pass the positioning porcelain ring through the guide rod, cover and make the retention on the adjacent teeth.
• Pull out the guide rod, remove the surgical implant guide system from the research plaster model after it sets, try it on the patient's mouth, check its position and retention, test the range of the implant site and the efect of positioning, then adjust and modify, and sterilize for use. (dipping slerilization). Surgical guide should be cold sterilized prior to usage and is for single use only.
