Cotisen Dental Implant Guide System Kit
Cotisen Dental Implant Guide System Kit
Cotisen Dental Implant Guide System Kit is suitable for the implant of single teeth or multiple teeth, and to determine the implant location more accurately and quickly.
Structure, Performance and Applicable Scope of Product
Dental implant surgery, due to the rich jaw nerve and blood vessels and individual differences among different patients, it is so hard for dentists to control the position and angles during their drilling in the jaw and peripheral tissues can be unnecessary damaged. This system consists of a positioning poreclain ring (diameter 2.3mm & 3.0mm) Zirconia driller, guiding pole. The Positioning Poreclain Ring can be used as a panoramic X-ray or CBCT marker to determine whether the position and angle of the drill is suitable.
Zirconia drills, when used for implant bed preparation positively influence bone healing compared to stainless steel drills. Zirconia Drills are autoclavable at 134°C, with high hardness and high strength, good at wear resistance and oxidation resistance.
Thermoplastic Implant Surgical Guide for Pilot-Drilling allows fabrication of an accurate surgical guide in minutes using hot water alone. Thermoplastic Surgical Guide can be softened after hot water immersion to cover and make retention on the adjacent teeth. Surgical guide should be cold sterilized prior to usage and is for single use only. Given the location and quantity of implant the system can be used for single tooth and multiple teeth.

Direction to use
Direction to use
- Make the research plaster model according to the topo-bone condition, the direction of the long axis of adjacent teeth, the occlusal state and so on, indicate the position of the implantation on the section of the model, and measure the angle & direction of the implant model visually.
- Use a 2.3mm drill to enter the specified position , then insert with a guide rod to determine the ideal hole track .
- Use tweezers to place the system in a glassware with hot water at about 70°C untill the color of the thermoplastic surgical guide becomes completely transparent.
- Take out the surgical guide , pass the positioning porcelain ring through the guide rod, cover and make the retention on the adjacent teeth.
- Pull out the guide rod, remove the surgical implant guide system from the research plaster model after it sets, try it on the patient's mouth, check its position and retention, test the range of the implant site and the efect of positioning, then adjust and modify, and sterilize for use. (dipping slerilization). Surgical guide should be cold sterilized prior to usage and is for single use only.
