Warranty & Service Policy – Airotor Products

• A 3-month manufacturer/importer warranty is applicable on eligible Airotor products, as per the manufacturer's/importer's warranty terms and conditions.
• All warranty, service, repair, and replacement requests shall be handled directly by the respective manufacturer/importer.
• OralKart is not liable to repair or replace products covered under the manufacturer's/importer's warranty. The responsibility for warranty claims rests solely with the respective manufacturer/importer.
• OralKart and the Buyer acknowledge that the products sold are covered only under the original manufacturer’s/importer’s warranty, wherever applicable.
• OralKart may assist the Buyer in registering a warranty or service request with the concerned manufacturer/importer. However, the final decision regarding repair, replacement, or service shall be made solely by the manufacturer/importer in accordance with their warranty policy.
• The Buyer acknowledges that products once sold will not be accepted for return or exchange, except where the product is eligible under the applicable return policy and the product and its original packaging remain unopened, untampered, unaltered, and with all seals intact.
