The Avue Soft Liner (DAV-j33-01) represents is a solution for dental practices, specifically tailored for the fabrication of permanently soft denture relinings. Engineered to create a cushioned layer between the denture base and oral mucosa, the Avue Soft Liner excels in evenly distributing masticatory forces, enhancing comfort for denture wearers. Ideal for patients with various dental conditions such as ridge atrophy, bruxism, and xerostomia, this product addresses a range of challenges, including irregular bone resorption and immediate prosthesis cases.

Setting itself apart, the Avue Soft Liner showcases remarkable bond strength at 2.2 MPa, outperforming competitors. Achieving this strength involves surface roughening through air particle abrasion and pretreatment of the denture base resin with monomer and acetone. Furthermore, the high tear strength of its silicone elastomers ensures prolonged elasticity without dependence on leachable plasticizers.
