API Model Former made of flexible silicone used to make dentulous, partially dentulous and edentulous cast study models. These specially designed tough quality rubber model formers make model making quick and reduce mess. The dental stone or plaster is contained within the mould and when set, the cast can be easily removed with anatomical perfect occlusion. The preformed shape reduces trimming.

Model Former are high quality blue silicone material, model former made in 3/8" thick material. Molds are extremely durable and long lasting. It is used in dental laboratory or prosthodontic pre-clinical for making casts of dentulous, partially dentulous and edentulous arches. They are easy to clean and store when not in used. They are reusable.

PRECAUTIONS & MAINTENANCE:

Keep the base formers away from heat or direct sunlight
Keep them dry to avoid any unnecessary cuts or tearing of the silicone

Packaging

1 x Pair of Model Fomer (Upper Jaw + Lower Jaw)

Direction to use

Wash & dry the model formers before using to avoid any unwanted dust particles to attach to the dental stone/Plaster of Paris
Mix the Plaster of Paris or Dental stone well in a rubber bowl with mixing spatula.
Pour the material in the model formers simultaneously keep tapping the model formers to prevent bubble formation.
Let the material set according to the setting time.
Remove the cast gently from the model formers.
