AMMDENT LC GI Line is a light-curable, radiopaque resin-based glass ionomer liner designed for use in conjunction with light cure composites. It serves multiple purposes in dental procedures, including cavity lining prior to filling, and enhancing marginal behavior for improved dental restorations. The application process involves cleaning and drying the cavity, followed by the careful application of LC GI Line in a thin layer until the desired thickness is achieved. Subsequently, it is light-cured for 40 seconds to ensure proper hardening. LC GI Line should not be applied to cavity edges, and any excess paste should be removed before proceeding with light cure composites. Storage recommendations advise against temperatures exceeding 25°C for optimal shelf life. Notably, it is cautioned against using resin to adjust the viscosity of LC GI Line and to avoid contact with eugenol-containing products, which can interfere with composite hardening. AMMDENT offers a warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing, with user responsibility for product suitability and limited liability as per terms outlined.

Description

Specification

  • Composition: Resin-based glass ionomer liner
  • Field of Application: Lining cavities for subsequent filling procedures - Improving marginal behavior
  • Application: Clean and dry cavity - Apply thin layer until desired thickness - Light cure for 40 seconds
  • Storage: Below 25°C (78°F)

Packaging

  • 1 x 2gm Syringe

Direction to use

  • Preparation: Ensure the cavity is clean and dry before application. If pulp protection is needed, consider using a radiopaque calcium hydroxide liner such as CALCIUM HYDROXIDE LINE.
  • Product Handling: Remove the cap from the LC GI LINE syringe and attach a Needle Tip. Squeeze out a small drop onto a pad to ensure safe handling and proper dispensing.
  • Application: Apply LC GI LINE in a thin layer until the desired thickness is achieved. Avoid applying to cavity edges. Dentin should be primed with a suitable dentin priming agent before application.
  • Curing: Light cure LC GI LINE for 40 seconds using an appropriate dental curing light. Ensure thorough curing for optimal performance.
  • Cleanup: Remove any excess paste sticking to the cavity edges before proceeding with light cure composites, such as LC NANOFILL.
  • Storage: Store the product below 25°C (78°F) to maintain its integrity and prolong shelf life. Avoid exposure to temperatures outside this range.
