Preparation:

• Check the package for condition and expiration date.
• Ensure the product is undamaged.
• Fully understand the operation sequence and direction using surgical instruments.
• Sterilize surgical instruments for surgery (Autoclave: 121°C x 30min).

Surgical Planning:

• Collaborate with the surgery team to plan the procedure accurately.
• Ensure aseptic conditions during implantation.

Implantation:

• Open the outer box, checking the label and instructions.
• Remove packaging film.
• Open the cap of the inner ampule and carefully pull out the fixture.
• Hold the cap of the inner ampule, place the hand-piece or ratchet wrench on the inner hexa or octa of the fixture.
• Tilt the fixture to the open side, breaking the bottom neck of the fixture.

Abutment Connection:

• Apply the recommended torque (10N/cm²) when connecting the healing abutment or cover screw.
• Clean around the implant after connecting the abutment in the fixture.

• Clean the oral area with saline during the healing period.
• Control bleeding by having the patient bite on gauze for one hour.
