• Store the product at a temperature between 5 and 20 °C.
• Do not freeze the product.
• Protect from direct sunlight.

• Apply the product in the individual tray placing a small amount (drop) of gel for each tooth.
• Fit the tray into the arch and press so that the gel comes into contact with the teeth.
• If there is excess gel, it must be removed with the aid of a finger or gauze.
• Leave the gel to act for 1 hour.
• After the action time, remove the tray from the mouth and the residue of the gel from the teeth, rinsing with plenty of water. Do not ingest the gel residue.
• Wash the tray well with a toothbrush before putting it away.
• Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste before using the product, as it may cause sensitivity. After using the bleach, wait 30 minutes to brush your teeth.
